Project Planning

We listen to your needs. You have the expertise in your business; we have the expertise to design a system to meet your objectives. Two-way conversations during the planning phase determine the best design approach, with flexibility in choosing the best software products and equipment for the project.

Control System Design

Our detailed drawings include critical elements such as connections to field devices, networking configuration, control panel layouts and power distribution. We supply UL certified panels, as required, and address needs for hazardous areas (Class I, Div I / II). Our engineers also design control panels to address arc flash requirements. Tell us your safety requirements, and we will design a system compliant with those standards.

PLC Programming and Documentation

Specify your needs - we'll create a corresponding program that is organized, efficient, and well-documented with an easy-to-understand (and troubleshoot) logic flow.

Human Machine Interface (HMI) Programming

Using your specifications and Abnormal Situation Management (ASM) guidelines, we design systems that are easy to navigate and understand—and intuitive for operators to use. Meaningful, clear, and concise alarms quickly point you to problems with references back to the logic for efficient troubleshooting.

Terminal Services

We have the expertise to implement HMIs in a terminal services environment, including Thin Client setup and management.

Data Logging and Reporting

We can provide historical process, alarm data, and the reporting tools to evaluate it.

Commissioning

Our engineers perform extensive upfront testing to ensure a smooth program launch. Your system will be commissioned by the same engineers who designed and programmed the system. Complete documentation and training are included.

On-going Maintenance

After startup, we continue to provide service and maintain your system. This includes both phone and remote diagnostic support, 24/7.

System Upgrades

Many of the workhorse processors from the past decades are nearing their end of life. Call us to help plan a migration path from legacy systems to current technology. Our engineers have experience in providing creative solutions for a cost-effective upgrade with minimal downtime.
